Are You Using Your Equipment?

Are You Using Your Equipment?
God has equipped each of us with a special talent or gift.  These gifts/talents were given to each of us for purpose; purpose in which it should be used to edify the glory of God, but assisting and helping His people.  Your DREAM is your gift from God, and it all depends on how you use it.  You should not be afraid or ashamed to use the talents or gifts that God has given you. For the scripture declares, “We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man’s gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach; if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.” (Romans 12:6-8)
The scripture also declares, “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.” (Romans 12:11).  Therefore, you should be excited about the gifts that God has placed within you.  You should not worry about the judgments that people may place on you regarding your gift, because your gift is for you and you alone; it’s not for others to understand yet.  Keep the excitement regarding your gift by staying connected with Christ through prayer that He will continue to lead and guide you along the way.
As the scripture states, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive and inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”  (Colossians 3:23-24)  You are to reverence God in all your doing, that the Father in Heaven shall be glorified.  God is able to lift you high above anyone and anything.  If God see that you are doing great things with the gifts He has given you, them He will give you more and expand your territory.  But, when God sees that you are hiding your talents, and not using them, they can be taken away.  It’s not God’s plan that we live in fear, but that we trust Him and step out on faith.  (Matthew 25:29 ESV / 37 helpful votes
For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. )
This is just some inspiration to start your week.  I pray that each of you have an exceedingly abundant week!!! ~Blessings Flow
