I Shall Leap

While working, I tend to listen to gospel music. It just encourages my spirit as I work. So today, I was listening to a song by Leandria Johnson “I Shall Leap”. This song just spoke to my spirit. Because how many of us are really truly willing to take leap of faith when you can’t see where you are going???!! That’s really a powerful question. Ask yourself, so do you wholehearted trust God to catch you when you fall, and open window when doors have been closed?

Leap is defined as the act to spring forward with great force; or great heights.
All the blessings and promises of God are all yours through Christ Jesus if you’ll trust and believe Him. So many times we bound our ourselves with fear and insecurities and especially doubt. You allow what you see to overshadow what you believe; you allow what you see to become your reality. But that’s not what the Word of God says to do. Yes I know, it’s easier said that done. But what’s the point of trusting God when you think you can do it all yourself?? Taking that stance, just stays you don’t trust God and you don’t want or desire His help.
We put so much faith into the things we see and  feel with our physical eye. Because you see it, you believe it is so. And that’s when you put limitations on God as well as the dream and purpose He has placed within you.
We take chances with our job, making new purchases such as cars and homes, or even pursuing new careers. But putting so much faith into earthly choices can leave us bitter, disappointed, sad, and unfilfilled. But the great thing about this all is that we don’t have to pursue or accomplished anything without God if we don’t want to. Including God in your plans, guarantees the promise. God is right there waiting for you. God wants you take take those same chances on Him. The outcomes of taking chances on God always end in victories even when you can’t see the “Win”.
Taking that great leap of faith is what God awaits. He is waiting for you to leap so that He can be there to catch you. He is waiting for doors to be closed so that He can open a window. He waiting for enemies to plot against you so that He can set you up upon a rock. God knows the chances you must take to get there, but He’s there with you; waiting, fighting, and negotiating on your behalf.
So, I encourage you today to take a great leap of faith. Not in your own strength, but through faith. You are a conquer through Christ and you won’t be defeated. Hope this encouraged you. Love you  ~Blessings Flow
