What is your Cause?

Cause is defined as a person or thing that gives rise to an action, phenomenon, or condition.  It is also defined as a principle, aim, or movement that because of deep commitment one is prepared to defend or advocate.
God has placed His will within each of us, but we are responsible for acting upon it.  God desires to have a relationship with each of us so that the DREAM you have can me manifested.  As I was in church on Sunday listening to the sermon, the pastor, which is my dad made a great point, “You can’t expect a cake to taste great using the wrong ingredients; you can’t build a tall building without a strong foundation; so why expect to have a great life without Christ.  There was purpose for you before you were even born.  The Word of God declared it thousands of years ago, “For I know the plan that I have for you; a plan to prosper you, to help you and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future” Jeremiah 29:11
We are not DREAMERS by accident.  The DREAMS that are within you were placed there for a reason, for a purpose, for a cause.  So, I ask you, what is your cause?  Sometimes, we fail to step out on faith because of fear, self pity, fear of public opinion, or fear of failure.  Sometimes trusting God and having faith can be such a hard task when you want things to happen right away.  But when entrusting God with your life’s purpose it takes faith!!  Trusting and waiting on God only produces the best outcomes for you.
The world awaits your DREAM; the world awaits your Cause…………so what are you waiting on?  There are things that only you can do through the gift that God has given you.  There are great things to be accomplished through you, but you have to trust God for every step you take.  No everyone will understand that path in which you take, but trust God that you are going the right way.  You must be committed to your DREAM; taking necessary steps to get you where you need to be.  You and you alone must be the advocate for your DREAM; protecting it every step of the way.  There may be some that condemn your DREAM, tell you that you can’t do it, or even tell you you are wasting your time. But guess what, if your DREAM was for someone else, He would have given it to someone else.  But God took that chance on you by placing a DREAM within your heart, and He therefore entrust you to birth it!!  Don’t take for granted your DREAM…..for there is someone waiting on you; depending on you!!!
I encourage you this evening to advocate for your DREAM!!! Know and develop your cause!!!  Just as you are uniquely made by God, so is your DREAM.  I just encourage you to trust God, plain and simple; I hope this encourages you!!  ~Blessings Flow
